The HPRB & Permit Pathway
Historic work in the District frequently requires review by the Historic Preservation Office and the Historic Preservation Review Board, and may engage the Commission of Fine Arts for certain properties. A&E begins every historic engagement by confirming the property's status and the review pathway, then coordinates the permit set with our design partners and Shelton Group CS so that approvals proceed without avoidable rework.

Design & Approvals
D3 Architecture and A&A Structures develop a preservation-sensitive set; we shepherd it through HPRB and permitting.

Yodie Narain and Site Superintendent Michael Chambers lead craftsmen experienced in masonry, plaster, and millwork restoration, supported by licensed MEP and roofing partners.
Close-Out
Final inspection, certificate of occupancy where applicable, and a complete turnover package.
