For occupied hotels, we phase work by floor, by wing, or by room cluster so that revenue inventory remains available throughout. We coordinate room blocks with hotel revenue-management and housekeeping teams before mobilization.
After-Hours and Off-Season Windows
School cafeterias, agency lobbies, and public buildings often require evening, weekend, or seasonal-break work windows. We schedule and price accordingly.
Dust, Noise, and Path-of-Travel Controls
Negative-pressure containment, HEPA filtration, and rigid path-of-travel separation are standard on occupied-renovation projects. Guests, students, and staff use the building as we work.
