Tenant build-outs are governed by the lease: the tenant-improvement allowance, the landlord's construction rules, building-standard specifications, and after-hours work restrictions. A&E reads the work letter, builds to the allowance and the building standard, and coordinates with property management and the building engineer so approvals and access do not stall the schedule.

Scope & Lease Review
A senior project manager reviews the work letter and TI allowance, walks the space, and issues a transparent estimate.
Design & Permits
We coordinate space-plan and engineering drawings and manage permitting through Shelton Group CS, with K-Factor Fire Protection where life-safety scope applies.
Construction
Yodie Narain and Site Superintendent Michael Chambers drive the build to the opening date, coordinating after-hours work where the building requires it.
Turnover & Occupancy
Inspections, certificate of occupancy, punch list, and turnover so you can open on schedule.
