A&E holds the entire scope under one contract: we self-perform general trades, supervise licensed MEP, roofing, and structural subcontractors, and coordinate design through D3 Architecture, A&A Structures, and AEK Engineering. You meet with one project manager and receive one keys-in-hand turnover.
