All estimates or proposals provided by A and E Construction LLC are based on the information available at the time. They are subject to change based on site conditions, changes in scope, material costs, permit requirements, or client requests. A final contract will outline confirmed terms.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Providing accurate and complete information during consultations
Ensuring timely access to job sites
Securing necessary approvals, permits, or third-party consents (unless specified otherwise)
Making timely payments as per the agreement

Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay the project timeline and result in additional charges.

4. Payments & Deposits

Payment terms will be defined in each project’s agreement or invoice. Generally, we require:

A deposit before work commences
Progress payments tied to milestones
Final payment upon completion

Late payments may incur interest charges or suspension of work until the account is current.

5. Changes & Modifications

Any changes to the original project scope must be documented and agreed upon in writing through a “change order.” Changes may impact cost and timeline.

6. Warranties & Workmanship

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship. Specific warranty terms, including coverage duration and limitations, will be outlined in your individual agreement. Warranty coverage may be void if third-party alterations are made without our consent.

7. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, A and E Construction LLC shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays caused by weather, labor shortages, third-party vendors, or permit agencies
Any damages exceeding the value of the contract
