Task-Order Intake & Scope
A senior project manager — Eric Persaud or Yodie Narain — reviews the RFTOP or task order, confirms scope against the contract vehicle, and identifies any design, permit, or abatement dependencies before pricing.
Estimating & Submission
We price to the specification with transparent labor and materials breakdowns, certified-payroll rates where applicable, and the overhead-and-profit structure the vehicle permits.
Mobilization & Construction
Yodie Narain leads execution with Site Superintendent Michael Chambers on the ground. We engage our standing design and engineering bench — D3 Architecture, A&A Structures, and AEK Engineering — and Shelton Group CS for permit expediting where the scope requires.
Reporting & Close-Out
Daily look-ahead reporting, certified payroll, and a complete close-out package: as-builts, warranty turnover, and the documentation agency contracting officers require.
